Dr Froid was born Simon Froid, but due to his admiration for the great Sigmund Freud, he decided to adopt Sigmund by deed poll. In fact Froid is an undeclared disciple of Freud, though his interpretion of the great meister’s theories are coloured, some say distorted, by his own early childhood experiences.
